The Change Programme
Keep it super simple, and that's what I do. If needed, we get your weight down through a calorie restricted diet. While introducing exercise, both cardio and resistance training, building muscle and confidence as you progress. While looking at your triggers and building a coping strategy using exercise and relaxation, to help you manage either depression, anxiety or stress. That's it, and it works.
GROUPS
Most of my groups are, I am proud to say as a parishioner, run from St Nicholas Church Bradwell.
I am currently running a Chairercise group with relaxation in the church hall at the back of St Nicolas Church
on Tuesday evenings from 7pm to 8pm,
for anyone with limited mobility

I use personal training and all its related health benefits, like weight loss, and increased fitness levels, to elevate those three common issues. For best results, three times a week for 25-35 minutes per session, with added lifestyle changes, you will do more without even noticing it. The key to any weight loss or fitness program is consistency in nutritional management and exercise. These two factors will have the most significant impact on your weight loss and fitness.
You want to lose weight, get fitter and healthier, look leaner, feel happier with your appearance, while developing a positive attitude to life. A personal trainer can do this by giving you direction and knowledge to get you where you want to be. Using simple, tried and tested fitness plans and nutritional guidelines, the guesswork is out so you can focus on what matters.
I will give you nutritional guidelines to follow, with recommendations on lifestyle changes. I will put you on a calorie-deficient diet with simple guidelines to follow to lose weight. Accountability lies with you to take the appropriate action. I can help, support and encourage you, but it needs to be something you want to do.
A personal trainer can help you get started or reintroduce training back into your life. They take all the guess work out, so you can reach your goals.
I will need to collect basic personal details for admin and correspondence, as well as medical background details, training background, lifestyle factors and nutritional history. It will allow me to see the different demands on your life and support, advise and refer you where necessary.
A referral to your GP to ensure you can train.
With 23 years of experience helping people reach their fitness and weight loss goals, and 15 years of work experience motivating, helping and supporting people who find it difficult to engage in physical activity due to their mental health.

It's a simple format: the warm-up followed by the principal component consisting of cardiovascular, strength or flexibility exercises, finished with cooldown/stretch/relaxation.
